Returns

Returns Policy: For any returns of clothing or other items you wish to make, please contact us with your purchase details for a returns number. When posting the item back to us, the returns number will need to be included on the envelope or elsewhere on the package.

You will be required to pay postage fees for the returns of any items. 

Faulty items should be returned within 14 days of receiving the product and will be replaced with an item of the same price or you can receive a full refund of the product. 

All faulty items received are dealt with as individuals, and everyone who we deal with will receive a full refund or a replacement of their original item. 

If you have purchased an item of the wrong size, colour, or otherwise and wish to return the item, Adolescent Apparel will only exchange your item in return to one of the same value.

 We do not offer full refunds unless you have received a faulty item.  Non-faulty items MUST be sent back in their original, unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date.
